There's nothing worse than trying to find parking in a crowded city. Thankfully, I live somewhere walkable, but every time I decide to drive to work because I'm running a little late or the weather is bad, I end up immediately regretting it. With the amount of time I spend circling side streets trying to get lucky with one open spot, it always ends up taking way longer than if I had just walked.

There's nothing more irritating than entering a parking garage and feeling your hope fade and your frustration rise as you slowly drive floor to floor, wondering why there couldn't be just one open space. Wouldn't it be nice if we all had designated parking spots? Or could just call dibs on one before we arrive and have it waiting for us? Unfortunately, that's not how parking works, though not everyone seems to understand that.
