Oh dog people, when will they finally understand that no matter how much they resist, they are all cat people inside who cannot admit it to themselves. Well, here we have yet another case of dog person turned feline fanatic, thanks to the implacable nature of his partner who would not listen to his objections when the opportunity to house a stray catto came their way. It is a classic story and one that should really be taught to children at this point for how ridiculous and stubborn dog people are about their undying love for canine kind. But that is not the only point of this story.

For this is after all a story of heartbreak, the story of an elderly gentleman who had no choice but to abandon his soul cat. The story of the kindness of strangers who would take on a feline soul who needed help. This is the story of what happens when the good nature of hoomans prevails over the bad.

  • Well, yeah of course he is the purrfect catto. Being raised and cared for by a pensioner is pretty much the best way to guarantee that a cat will have good manners. First there is the fact that they are always home, so lots of attention. Then you add to that the fact that they sleep a lot much like cats so they have nap company. And finally they can be slightly desensitized to pain and will not be bothered by pokes and scratches to wake up and feed, making sure the cat learns to be polite and wait.
