If we let our employers know that we're capable of being overworked, then they will overwork us. We must act our wage, as they say. The overworked employee in this next story realizes that they can't manage to take ten-minute breaks without being reprimanded by their boss, who claims that if they have nothing to do for one moment, they should beg them for more work. Yeah, no thanks.

This is a common tale in the workforce. You want to believe that your boss has your best interests at heart, but they're really looking for maximum output, even if that means sacrificing your physical or mental well-being.
