  • "Sweet, sweet revenge"

My bu y started a few months before me and in passing she came off as super funny and outgoing.
  • I never expect friendships from coworkers. Sometimes it happens naturally, but I never push it and keep stuff professional.
  • I can get along with anyone because I have a very inoffensive and adaptive personality (aka I'm a people pleaser).
  • For whatever reason, she chose me to be her "victim". I say that in quotations because for my first few months here I didn't realize she was even bu ying me.
  • I just thought her and her single minion were weird as f . They wouldn't include me in conversations, but I didn't try to involve myself because I found them annoying.
  • I'd say something completely normal and they would burst out laughing and run to the back. Clearly they were trying to isolate me, but I get along with everyone else.
  • If anyone is isolating anyone, they're doing it to themselves. This girl has a serious superiority complex and majored in leadership which makes me giggle.
  • Given her only goal in life is to be a boss one day, she gets off on people going to her for help.
  • Being new to this job, I had a ton of questions. However, I'd go out of my way to ask anyone but her for stuff because of how off- putting she was.
  • If she saw me struggling with something, she would ask if I needed her. To which I would say, "no thank you", and then immediately go to someone else.
  • This ped her off SO much that she complained to our director in her quarterly review that I'm rode and a know-it-all.
  • It gives me secondhand embarrassment considering in my own meeting I talked about how wonderful everyone has been and how much I enjoy the work.
  • Evidently, my director didn't care because it was never brought up and my review was overwhelmingly positive.
  • I only know about it because this moron bragged she was trying to get me fired. Lmao.
  • I won't go into much detail, but there was an incident where she said she was going to ruin my life.
  • Basically, our manager helped me put some stuff together for a sale and he specifically said to keep the commission for myself.
  • My coworker did provide some help, but it was minimal and also unnecessary (leadership majors amirite).
  • Once she saw the amount, she tried guilting me to split it and I said no. This was my 1st big sale and the fact I didn't bow down had her fuming.

  • She went on a whole campaign about how new people shouldn't make commission. For context, usually there is a waiting period for new hires to make sales, but I'm a transfer so that doesn't apply to me.
  • Anyways, fast forward to present day. It's been almost 6 months and everything is going great.
  • I fit in well despite our feud. My presence alone upsets her and that brings me so much joy.
  • Now that they hired some new people, she tries to talk to me and I'm rightfully dismissive and uninterested.
  • I don't know what gave her the impression I want to interact with her after how terribly she treated me.
  • Quite stupidly, she told me she was looking forward to stealing sales from the new hires as they can't make commission right away.
  • This made my blod boil given our history. So what did I do? I went to every single new hire and offered them a deal.
  • If they are approached for a sale and come to me, I will help them the entire way and give them 100% of the commission.
  • I refuse to let her take advantage of our new hires and buy them like she did to me.
  • I don't king care if I have to bust my a for no extra money. The look on that itch's face after she realized what I was doing was priceless.
  • The past week I've felt absolutely euphoric, practically skipping around the office. I'm like a Disney princess fueled entirely by spite.
