Seed packets become crinkle toys, the watering can turns into a splash dragon, and every label mysteriously updates to read "catnip." Even the compost gets a thorough sniff audit from the Department of Smells and Tells.

Our garden cat oversees pruning with a single tail flick, then demonstrates mulch science via surprise zoomies through the marigolds. Strategic loafing happens under the tomatoes for shade research, followed by slow-blink blessings over basil, mint, and yes, more catnip. Butterflies earn polite chirps. Hoses earn side-eye. Garden gloves are seized as cuddle collateral, and the kneeling pad becomes a VIP lounge with front-row Bird TV.

When the shadows stretch, the forecat tallies the day's harvest: one pawprint trail, whiskers dusted with adventure, five new sunspots mapped, and humans smiling wider. Paws cleaned, duties done, the garden cat curls into a patio loaf and declares the beds thriving. Tomorrow: fresh sprouts and fresh shenanigans.
