‘Prepare your lawyers’: 24-year-old sister notices her wedding dress is missing from her closet, discovers 27-year-old stepsister took it without permission, leading her to sue

Any pair of sisters will admit to having "stolen" clothes from the other one's closet. What's the point of having a sister if you can take each other's clothes from time to time?

When you do that enough times, you learn that some items are a no-go, unless you want your sister to never speak with you again; a dress that cost her a fortune, or a sentimental shirt she would never forgive you if anything happens to it. You might like to mess with your sister, but there must be boundaries to this little game of sharing; otherwise, the whole thing is destined to ruin your family.

A wedding dress is one item of clothing a sister should never ever touch. It is probably the most sentimental and expensive piece that any woman keeps in her closet. It shouldn't even be said that taking it is out of the question. The sister in the story below, however, did not get that memo.
