“The dog was breathing, but looked a little dehydrated and was very weak.”: A canine’s instinct leads to the rescue of a lost beagle, Rocky, who, after a week on his own, was found in a bush and nursed back to health by a compassionate stranger

Dogs are just the best buds on the planet. Whether it is to us hoomans or to their doggo brothers and sisters, they simply care in a way that makes them totally aware of their surroundings and how they might be able to help, no matter what situation befalls them. And that is exemplified with this story as what was initially an innocent play in the park turned into quite the epic adventure to spare the soul of a poor pupper who had gotten lost and dehydrated.

After causing a storm of ruckus by the bush where the poor pupper was laying down, our protagonist pupper's pawrent came bounding over to see what the ruckus was about, leading her to find the poor pupper in need of help. Thankfully, this story has one of the quickest and happiest endings out of the usually painfully slow kind of resolutions that these tales have. And all was well that ended well.

One because it has to be one of the most accurate modern descriptions of these kinds of ‘meeting’ places, and two because would it not be awesome to find an actual wall like this and decorate it a bit so that it actually sort of looks like a social media feed.

And what luck that the owners just happened to live close by and were available to come right away. That is not something to take for granted in canine rescues.

    They said they lost him a week ago and they tried all the dog rescue and pounds to see if he was there. As soon as he saw them his tail wagged slowly. They took him right to the vet.
