A person's last will should reflect their decisions when they are of sound mind and judgment. There are lawyers present at will-writings and proceedings for this very reason. Someone can easily be coerced or tricked into giving away their assets by a rather convincing individual, so it is imperative that the person is surrounded by people who respect their wishes. The person who posted this next story explains that their grandmother wasn't so lucky, and that their aunt successfully tricked their grandmother into signing over the deed to her house, to her.

Call this whatever you want, but at the end of the day… this decision is likely void due to the grandmother's mental impairment when the will was changed. Entitlement knows no bounds, and sharing DNA with another does not bind you to an unwritten contract of respect. There are manipulative people out there, and you very well might be related to one of them.
