Good news: even your craziest neighbor isn't as unhinged as this person's neighbor. 

Living in a society requires some sacrifices. Maybe your neighbor always mows the lawn at 7 AM on a Saturday, but he'll do your weed whacking while he's at it. Live and let live. Or perhaps another neighbor is an older woman who's really lonely, and she always tries to chat with you for an hour at a time, but she brings you baked goods, so you don't mind letting her ramble sometimes. Some people have a lot of kids in their neighborhood who might accidentally trample their plants, but the parents are apologetic, and kids will be kids, so life goes on. 

There are plenty of ways that a bad neighbor can get on your nerves, though, and this person might not have any redeeming qualities. Some people just have a ton of time on their hands, and they spend it people-watching in the neighborhood. Suddenly, you try to have a cookout, and your neighbor says she's going to report you for having a fire. Or you take some time to unload your groceries from the car, and she wanders over to question why the door to your car is open. Basically, this type of busybody neighbor needs to reason to question your behavior, and when called out, this person will refuse to admit they're wrong. 

This woman is just trying to live in her apartment with her BF and cats, and her insane neighbor will not leave her alone!
