Neighbor spontaneously hands guy a tiny, orange kitten and claims she can't care for it, guy follows through and seeks wholesome advice from internet to care for the little baby: 'It won't stop following me around'

There are countless stories about stray or feral animals finding a forever home. My cat, Ty, was a street cat before he was picked up and fostered. I don't know what made me choose him out of all the posts about cats I saw, but I'm so glad I did. He would never have survived on the streets! He's a big baby who needs lots of love, and I couldn't imagine if I didn't have him. It can be sad to see cats just on the street, but there are some areas of the world where strays have a community and are relatively taken care of. 

In the story below, a stray kitten is randomly handed to a man. He says his neighbor just knocked on his door and handed him the cat. If it were someone else, there's a chance that person would have just thrown the kitten back out onto the street, but he has a big heart. He immediately went to get advice from the internet about what to do.

  • A lot of people wouldn't just take a kitten that was handed to them. His life is going to be different now, he's going to be a cat owner. Sure, it's not as hectic or involved as having a dog, but it's still something. It's incredible that someone just handed him a kitten, and now the kitten has a forever home.
