‘I’m not ruining my trip because she didn’t plan ahead’: Niece refuses to cancel her vacation despite her entitled aunt insisting she needs to stay behind to babysit

Mothers have an extensive checklist when planning a trip without the kids. Is the laundry done? Is the fridge filled? Where is my passport? Most importantly, though, is ensuring you have a babysitter lined up to watch over your children in your absence. Surely, that's the one item on the checklist that would never slip through the cracks. 

However, this entitled mother went viral recently because of their lack of planning skills. After decades of leaning on her family for support, she'd grown accustomed to a certain level of babysitting availability from her relatives that most mothers dream of. It's not very often that you can call up your niece, cousin, or auntie to come care for your kids on short notice. That's a really good parenting situation that this entitled woman took advantage of—one too many times. 

Refusing to plan ahead, she called her niece the morning she needed a babysitter, and to her surprise and her dismay, her niece had other plans. Despite realizing that her niece was scheduled to hop on a plane for an exotic vacation in a few hours, she insisted she come over and babysit the kids. Sorry, Aunt Plansnothing, she won't be there for you this time.
