Cheese is a polarizing food. There are billions of people worldwide who don't eat cheese and can't digest it well. There are another couple of billion who are literally obsessed with cheese and can't get enough of it, incorporating it into as many dishes as possible. I am a part of the latter group, and I'm not ashamed of having had an entire box of Kraft mac and cheese for dinner twice this weekend. 

I love that cheese tastes great and fills me up when I need it most. I don't care that it's sophomoric to eat a grilled cheese sandwich dipped in tomato soup: I maintain that it is the perfect lunch. I enjoy every regional pizza in front of me, no matter how absurd the topping, because I can't get enough of cheese. If you like memes that are a little bit cheesy, you've come to the right place.
