'You're being ridiculous, it's just a dog': 26-year-old pupper parent calls out crazy aunt who broke into her house and "borrowed" her Beagle because her son "missed him"

Imagine coming home from work one day, expecting to be greeted at the door with the usual tail wags, excited woofs, and biiiiiiiig stretches that you always get upon your arrival. You unlock the door, start talking in your cute-baby-doggo-loving voice, and you hear something surprising - silence.

No tippy-tappys on the floor coming to say hello, no mini howls to tell you how excited your fur baby is to see you, just silence. We would absolutely panic. And that's what the dog owner below did when she realized that her dog had mysteriously disappeared while she was at work.

After calling everyone, including the police, she decided to call her entitled (and crazy) aunt, who she remembered she had a strange interaction with a few days ago regarding her 5-year-old Beagle. The dog was at her place, she said she "borrowed him" because her son missed him. That's not borrowing, mam, that's breaking and entering, and stealing, but what's the big deal? Luckily, the dog owner got her dog back, but her family is upset with her for making a big deal out of it.

It's our dog. If you want a dog to play with your son, go get one of your own. There are plenty of loving dogs that need good homes, and if you don't want to adopt, you are welcome to go out and buy one. Buy any dog, just not ours. Ours is not to be borrowed or bought.
