Weddings are one of the most expensive things in the world. In the story below, the protagonist's niece, Danielle, is having a wedding. The wedding is pretty last minute, and her aunt has offered to pay for the cake. She offered, but then had no idea how much a cake would really cost. When she started calling bakeries, she realized that a wedding cake would cost upwards of $2,000. Seeing as it's out of her budget, she tells her niece that she can get 4 cakes from a cheaper grocery store and then layer them to look nice. 

Danielle doesn't like the idea, but instead of telling her she doesn't like the idea, she just hangs up on her and then complains to her mom that her aunt is ruining the wedding.
