Gaming memes are the best type of memes. They are the original fodder of the internet, back before memes were everywhere. No, memes used to be just for those of us in "the know," and being in "the know" probably meant that you were a gamer. That gaming was life, etc. Gamers know this to be true. A lot of us are internet veterans, and we remember the old Skyrim memes. It was an electric time to be alive, and an electric time to be on the internet.

But now, memes are everywhere. And we're grateful for that, because memes only reinforce what we love. They remind us of the things that we come back to year after year, month after month. So we come together every week to look at the best ones. It's something that we will do until the end of time. As long as there is still the internet, there will be gaming memes, and we will look at them and send them to our friends. It's what keeps our group chats alive, after all.
