‘She's so perfect. I don't deserve her. But ultimately, I should have never let my biases get the best of me.‘: First time puppy pawrent conquers her expectations about dogs being “disgusting creatures” and opens her heart to puppy love

It is truly shocking to see the way that our pawdorable puppers are treated in different households. In some, the pupper is king (or queen), complete with a throne, loyal subjects, and more treats and toys than one darling doggo could demolish in a lifetime. And then in other homes, doggos are treated like dirty animals, left to do their business on the furniture and leaving their home and family smelling something awful. And much to the misfortune of our protagonist in this story, her upbringing resembled the latter.

But there was something in her heart that did not let her believe that was the only way for a doggo to live their life, that a doggo is worth so much more than a life of filth, and she was right. Though that was only something she came to realize when she bravely adopted a darling doggo for herself and fell in love with the four paws who left an everlasting print on her soul.
