Low-income sister opens a fundraiser for her sick dog, wealthy sister suddenly finds a kitten she allegedly can't afford and opens a rival fundraiser: ‘I asked her to share my fundraiser and she never did’

Every pet pawrent knows that if something happens to their beloved BFF, they'll do anything and everything to give them all the help they need. Whether it's recovering from a medical situation or overcoming some other hardships - pet pawrents know they'll always be there for their best friends on four. And it works both ways - when an animal in need receives the love and care they deserve, their world becomes instantly brighter. So it's no wonder that when this next doggo mom found out her dog was very sick, she did everything in her power to finance his treatments.

But all that love and dedication have been soured by a petty sisterly feud. Just when the dog-mom needed help the most (and not even for herself, but for her dog), her sister conveniently found a stray kitten out of nowhere, and decided to open an online fundraiser to rival her sister's one to save her dog. And not to mention their stark difference in financial situations - the dog-mom isn't well-off, and really needs the help of people donating. But her sister is wealthy, no question about that. But, apparently, she doesn't have enough to look after a newly adopted kitten.

Don't get us wrong - we're happy for every stray kitten finding a home. Nothing here is the cat's fault. But the sister using the cat as a tool for petty feud fire setting? Definitely wrong. When a person uses an animal to deceive others, or gain favors, it says a lot about them - and not for the better. How people treat animals is a great indicator of their character.

But let me just say, you got a community here rooting for you and your pup. Forget the drama- focus on getting your best friend better.     Eye_yam_stew_ped Ooof.. imo I think you already know how your adopted family views you. The beauty of today's world is you can connect with anyone at the press of a button. Find new family. I had a very rough.. departure from my biological family and haven't spoke/interacted to/with them much after. But I still got family.. surround yourself with more people like you, and you'll be doing better before you know it. Either that, or really rip the bandaid off and address it if you have any care at
