dynamic. I always sort of wondered if she hated me as she never treated me very nicely.
  • 03
She liked to bully me a lot and say mean things. She has never really taken an interest in anything I do.

Additionally, her husband owns a construction company and built her a huge house on a large piece of land a few years ago.
  • 05
I am a single artist with an income below median. Zillow estimates her house at $650k and mine at $145k.

Her and her husband both drive new cars, mine is from 2010. Anyway, fast forward to today...

a couple of weeks ago I found out that my dog of 8 years, who I have raised on my own from when he was a puppy, has stage 5 lymphoma.
  • 08
I have been completely crushed emotionally but to worsen the situation, his treatment is $600 a week for 16 weeks.
  • 09
9 days ago, I decided to start a gofundme to see if I can get some help.

old dog is sick, lying on the couch tired
  • 11
Mind you, I have never personally asked anyone in my family or otherwise for money like this ever before.
  • 12
This cost is just too much. 4 days ago, after i had raised some money, my sister sporadically decided to bring a street cat home that she allegedly can't afford to take care of.
  • 13
She immediately posts pics with her daughter saying how she has fallen in love and she needs money to help raise the kitten.
  • 14
She even made a damn tiktok about it. (which I thought was a good idea so I made one for my dog too lol) She started a fundraiser for a kitten but never donated to or shared my fundraiser.
  • 15
I confronted her via text (screenshot added) and got a shitty response. I asked her to share my fundraiser and she never did.

I just feel so angry and sad. my initial post her first post her second post text 1 text 2 her third post \(after our text\) 1\/2 her third post 2\/2

If anyone wants to donate tag husband and let him know!!! Poor kid is reading to her and crying because she loves her already. Anyone want a kitten? It's the fluffiest and sweetest girl pic of cat

Last night daughter on the floor reading to her kitten, and before long, she started to cry. The kitten walked right up, rubbing against her like it just knew. daughter her tears and said, "This cat already knows my emotions." She's always dreamed of having a cat, and seeing her little heart connect like that melted mine. It's amazing how animals just know when we need love the most. The only problem is... Dad still says no to keeping the kitten. But honestly how can he say no when she has the l

I am seriously hurt that you are raising funds for a kitten while I'm raising funds for my dying dog. You haven't shared or donated. It's cruel. I'm sorry you feel that way. We do not have extra money right now. Paying for a cat and its needs will be the responsibility of the kids if they want to keep it. They both are so grateful for people who have given so far and now hopefully it is officially part of our family. Delivered

not have extra money right now. Paying for a cat and its needs will be the responsibility of the kids if they want to keep it. They both are so grateful for people who have given so far and now hopefully it is officially part of our family. Well I'm glad your fundraiser raised enough money! Mine still hasn't so I would be really grateful if you could share it. I don't even know how much this kitten will cost, I just brought it home yesterday. I need to take it to the vet so it can be treated for

Exciting Update! We want to give a HUGE thank you to everyone who donated and supported son and daughter mission to "Keep the Cat!" husbandofficially given the YES to the cat!! We're still keeping an eye on son allergies, but we're so thankful they haven't gone full force. Our little kitten, Daisy, had her first vet visit today and weighs in at just 3.6 pounds! The vet said all the fleas are gone (hallelujah!) but she does have worms, which he treated. This whole experience has turned into such

And honestly, the timing of this kitten finding us might seem a little "off" but I have full faith that God put her right in our path for a reason. His timing is always perfect, even when we don't see it right away. "Every good and perfect gift is from above." - James 1:17 Thank you again to everyone who helped make this possible. You've given our kids more than just a kitten you've given them an experience full of love, gratitude, and growth. You didn't just help them get a kitten you helped cr

TrashLizard346 Man, this is rough- sorry you're dealing with all this, OP. Seems your sis has been pretty tuned out to your struggles, it sucks. But let me just say, you got a community here rooting for you and your pup. Forget the drama- focus on getting your best friend better. Also, imho, if sis can do a Tiktok, she can afford to toss a few bucks your way- fundraising for a stray while you're dealing with serious pet med bills? Sounds like a low blow to me. Stay strong mate. ✓.

    OP Jeblebee Thank you :)

Eye_yam_stew_ped Ooof.. imo I think you already know how your adopted family views you. The beauty of today's world is you can connect with anyone at the press of a button. Find new family. I had a very rough.. departure from my biological family and haven't spoke/interacted to/with them much after. But I still got family.. surround yourself with more people like you, and you'll be doing better before you know it. Either that, or really rip the bandaid off and address it if you have any care at

OP Jeblebee thank you very much

LeonardoSpampinato Your sister is a bitter, sick bitch. Sever all ties. You have your life. Live it to the fullest. You do not need to compete with her. Be strong. Stay strong. All the best to your good boy.

    OP Jeblebee thank you.

Overworked MmeBoss Why would you expect her to share your fundraiser if you haven't shared hers? I feel jealousy, but not from her side tbh. What's the real reason behind getting angry at her?
  • 31
OP Jeblebee because she has always been hateful and selfish. trust me, i do not have any desire to have a life like hers. i love my life.
  • 32
Professional-Sir5184 What is the issue? You live your life and your sister live her life
  • 33
Vegetable_Debt7737 Why are you concerned about what she's doing? Worry about your dog.
  • 34
stink3rb3lle How do you think your sister orchestrated the kitten finding to coincide with your dog's cancer? Like, do her kids bring baby animals home a lot and this is the first one she's entertained? How much do you know about how she and her husband run that fancy house? You need Zillow to estimate the value of it, so it doesn't sound like y'all share much about finances, is she a stay at home mom? Would she have free access to her husband's earnings, or might he control those and lock her o
