Man confronts girlfriend for allowing her freeloading 25-year-old brother to move in with them, without his permission, claims he isn't comfortable with financially supporting another adult: 'He bounces between jobs, roommates, and couches'

It's completely understandable for any older sister to want to protect and care for her younger brother. I feel the same way about mine, knowing I would do anything to ensure he is safe and comfortable. However, this woman's boyfriend is not seeing her "freeloading" brother in quite the same light. From the moment her brother entered their apartment for "a night or two," the boyfriend suspected that having his girlfriend's brother couch-surfing was a bad idea. And some might argue he was right, because weeks later, the brother still hasn't left. Meanwhile, their fridge is empty, the bills have skyrocketed, and the boyfriend's patience has run thin. 

This every-night "slumber party" has reached a breaking point. Not only has her brother barely offered to contribute, but he never even formally asked to stay there. Now the boyfriend is stuck financially supporting a 25-year-old man, while his girlfriend sees nothing wrong with the arrangement. We fear the dreaded ultimatum may soon come to light: It's me or him.
