Industrial warehouse employees find out boss sold their workplace fridge, they demand a new one, but he refuses: ‘He sold something the whole team uses, with no replacement’

Every workplace is different, every office has its own look and facilities, but one thing must exist in every single workplace, no matter what: A fridge.

It doesn't matter what you do for work, or where you do it, if you are there full-time, for 8 hours a day, then you are entitled to lunch. And in order for you to each lunch, you must have somewhere cold to preserve your food. It is the bare minimum for a workplace to have a decent area for employees to take a break, and that includes a fridge.

The warehouse workers in the story below are not exempt from this basic workplace condition, and yet they have found themselves without a fridge at work. Why? because their boss went ahead and sold their fridge, without so much as a word to them about it.

So when these employees came to work one morning, they saw their fridge being taken away, and when they asked their boss about a replacement, he came up with a few conditions that proved that he does not intend to get his workers what they rightfully deserve.
