Finally! Someone else made a “Sloth” reference. Just like Sloth, it's easy to be taken aback by his looks. But, the whole point of his character is to slowly convert you by changing your expectations once his personality shines through. He's unintentionally funny, but never the punchline of the joke. Just like you can't help but giggle when you see this doggo's derpy face. It's such a pup-ticular kind of cute that you can't really describe why it makes you feel that way.

We can see why they would think that, probably because Scooby Doo almost always had a perplexed look on his face. But, Scooby Doo is actually a Great Dane, although a very exaggerated one. They both look like they could chow down on some outrageously large sandwiches and perhaps share a personality with their owner. This doggo doesn't look adorably cowardly at all, though. To us, he just looks blissfully happy. We hope he stays that way for the rest of his life!
