In the image above, the agent is showing her exactly where the pet policy is written. However, that seems not to be good enough for her, as she continues to complain that their website isn't “user-friendly” and the policy wasn't available when she (or her mom) bought her ticket. Maybe if she kept yelling like this, she would have gotten her way about 15-20 years ago, but people have no patience for Karens anymore. They know they're just making a fuss, and people are tired of letting them get their way just because they're purrsistent and loud.

As someone who lived in Portland for three years, we can't guarantee that this statement is true, but it is likely. Portlanders are great, but they do live in a bubble. We actually called it the “Portland bubble” when we lived there because as soon as you enter, it's like a whole other world. Everyone either drinks kombucha or craft beer. Don't get us wrong, we love both of those things, but it's like living on an island, and once you leave, you realize that it's not connected to reality at all.
