Escaped dog breaks free from vets while on a walk before his spay appointment, taking 12 hoomans and his pawrents to find him: ‘After having an emotional breakdown on the side of the highway, I actually spotted him running back.’

The uncomfortable truth is that not every dog child is perfect. In fact some are deeply flawed. And as pawrents it is our responsibility to either work on those imperfections through training, or to warn those who might be affected by those imperfections such that they are not taken by surprise. Which thankfully is exactly what the pawrents in this story ended up doing when their doggo broke free from the vet who was walking him before his spay appointment. This at least gave the vets a fighting chance to get after the dog because they knew that he was a potential risk for this kind of thing. But nonetheless it took a team of 12 veterinary employees and the canine's pawrents to final find and secure the canine.

A story which has made it is safe to say the darling doggo will not be being left unattended at the vets in the future and his pawrents were right by his side the second time they attempted the procedure. So let this serve as a warning to all your nervous dog owners, it might just be easier to stick by your doggo at the vets, rather than run the risk of a no holds barred chase.

Well, at the very least we can say that this pawrent did their best to be responsible and to warn the vets they were leaving their doggo with that he is known to be a bit of trouble. There are far too many pawrents out there who would omit this kind of information for fear of a vet not wanting to accept their doggo. Further proof that honesty is the best policy.

Holy guacamole what a stressful situation. The last thing you want is the combination of a nervous doggo, a procedure that the doggo was likely aware of and a freakin highway right next door. But hey, at least there were plenty of people on hand to help which is more than can be said for a lot of other situations in which the pawrents would have been left to wrangle their lost pupper by themselves. A much more difficult operation.
