I posted about two dilute calicos, Scary (left) and Posh (right) who I was fostering back in November. They came from a litter of 5 spunky girls aptly named the "Spice Girls" who were found under an apartment building.

Well... there was just no way i was going to be able to let these girlies go. they are too perfect. both of them feel like my soul cats something I haven't felt - since I left my brown tabby baby Rocky when I moved out of my parents' house for good.

this past Sunday 1/11 I made it official and adopted these babes after 2.5 months of fostering, which has mostly included the three of us piling into bed every night in one big cuddle puddle. they're definitely spicing up my life!

PS any calico owners notice that their babies get excessive eye boogies? I am chalking it up to having a dusty house so I'm running my air purifier more often (also needed from their shed) but curious if this is somewhat normal
