Typical! This writer/producer/micromanager underestimated the importance of some of the less glamorous roles. Your lighting dude might not get to take a bow on the stage, but they're still utterly crucial to the production. This person chose to skimp out on her play, and that's exactly what she got in return – a missed opportunity on a project months in the making.
