Some people carry pepper spray in case of emergencies, others carry pressed powder for an oily skin emergency, but the only emergencies we have to worry about are falling prey to the Sunday Scaries. It would be an understatement to say that we're "naturally anxious". We have a tendency to worry about, well, everything. So on Sunday morning, all we can think about is the fact that our weekend is ending quickly. Not only that, we can feel Monday leaning over us, waiting to catch us in its grumpy grasp.

What do you do when you need an emergency boost of pawsitivity? Well, there's nowhere else to turn except for a happy scroll of hilarious animal memes. The cuteness, fluffiness, and silliness combined are the perfect ingredients to claw your way out of any sad or scary situation. We know it sounds silly, but it really works! It's forcing your brain to switch moods by injecting some silliness straight into your day. 

However, it's not a magical cure. If it were so easy to be less anxious, we would have solved it already. All these memes can do is help you find your joy, but it's up to you to keep it. That starts with making the decision to look for it. Look for the little things in your life that make you smile - there are a lot more of them around you than you think. If you choose to focus on those instead of the negative ones, then we think you'll have a much better day.   • This shape just screams childhood to us. We used to love going to the Rainforest Cafe (we're sure other places had dino nuggets, but this is the only one we remember) and ordering these exact nuggets for our meal. So many happy memories from back then. We're not even sure if the Rainforest Cafe still exists, but that little bite of nostalgia just made us smile from ear to ear!
