28-year-old employee professionally gets back at entitled supervisor by giving HR the paper trail of her incompetence, becomes her supervisor's supervisor: ‘I waited and won!’

This entitled supervisor was in over her head, but would never admit that. Instead, she tried to ruin a hardworking employee's chance at a promotion. Little did she know that karma was not on her side.

When it came to this 28-year-old tech employee, working hard and efficiently was important. Why do the job if you can't do it well? When she started this gig, she had a helpful manager who treated her like an equal and was always there when needed. However, she left one day for a high position and was replaced by a co-worker/friend who had no business being in a leadership role.

Now, this employee was supervised by an incompetent and entitled woman who had no idea what she was doing. She was never around to help, and when she did help, the employee would end up having to fix all of her mistakes. It was exhausting, but whatever, she was still doing her job the best she could, and that's all she could ask for.

However, when she found out from a close coworker that this supervisor talked her down when giving her a promotion was on the table, everything changed. Now, karma was on the side of this employee…

What do I mean by “karma?” This means that the entitled supervisor who thought she could get away with throwing on of her hardest working employees under the bus made an enemy to justice (who works closely with karma). Now that justice was broken, karma had to step in to deliver the consequences of this entitled supervisor's actions. Basically, the universe was working with this scorned employee and helped her get her revenge in the most epic way.

We love it when a hardworking employee and incompetent supervisor both get what they deserve. In this case, the hardworking employee got a promotion, a raise, and payback on her supervisor. The entitled supervisor is now below her in the company chain and making much less. Not to mention her ego is completely scared!
That's simply the consequences of her actions. Hopefully, this entitled supervisor has learned a lesson and will now treat the employees on her team with more respect and kindness. Or else she'll end up losing the leadership title altogether… Yet, according to this employee, it sounds like she shouldn't be in a leadership position at all.
