This is one of the more subtle examples that have us questioning whether cats are indeed liquids or solids. Yet another reason that we find ourselves questioning whether cats are actually made of liquids is their ability to spill over the objects they stuff themselves into. Unlike a solid that would simply jut out at awkward and unreasonable angles if stuffed into something that is too small for it, these cats are capable of letting their fat, fur and extremities simply spill over the edge of any container they stuff themselves into. Something which is most certainly a characteristic of liquids. Not to mention how the cat underneath must be rather compressed and yet not broken, another property of liquids…
