Holy guacamole what a situation to step into. Kids, they follow the example that they are set and it is truly tough to come from the outside and challenge said example. After all, they likely highly value the people who set such an example for them. But when it comes to stopping animal cruelty, you simply have to do what you have to do. There is no second chance, there is no do over, once an animal has been hurt in such a way, they will forever be terrified of hoomans. Thank goodness this brave cat lover stepped in and stopped that from happening.

Honestly, it does not come as too much of a surprise to us that this kitten was accepted into this rescuer’s gang of cats. After all, they are all in the same boat, homeless, hungry and dependent on the kind and generous hooman who had saved them from starvation. When you foster that kind of community you can imagine that kindness will be something that will remain at the forefront. Nonetheless, we can imagine the fear that this woman must have felt when introducing this defenseless kitten to her pack of feral felines. When cats do not like someone they are not afraid to express their displeasure, both verbally and physically. And their expression is only amplified when it is another cat that they do not like the look of.
