You might expect that a dog found walking through traffic with limited vision would spell a tough rescue story and rehabilitation. But in a surprising turn of events this rescue story is one of the simplest and straight forward stories of rescue and adoption we have seen.

A complication such as vision is one that is usually tied to a myriad of different problems. Meaning that in most cases such a rescue would have to go through extensive care, that would come at a significant cost to their new pawrent. But this is not one of those stories, for in this story, everything goes right.

From the very moment that this delivery driver picked up our disoriented doggo things went from bad to good to great to incredible. Culminating in the adoption of the pupper into a warm family home from which he will always be loved and protected. A dream come true for the poor doggo who was about to face his own mortality and the family who adopted him who had lost two of their own dogs earlier in the year. Sometimes the universe has a way of bringing together those who need each other.

Well, this is certainly interesting. It is not often that we hear about a pupper meandering in the middle of the road, having cars almost crash just to avoid hitting them. Usually doggos know far better than to tangle with the terror of traffic. But it seems that the neglect that this pupper had been through had made it tough to see properly and to make reasonable judgements, the poor thing. He was so lucky that such a kind and caring hooman happened to be driving past to help out. And not just help out but immediately step up and give him the shelter and love that he deserved.

Honestly, this is such a heartwarming story to hear about. It feels like one of those moments when everything just clicks and feels right in your life. So many things could have gone wrong, so many things could have not worked out. But instead everything went so smoothly, from the dog’s temperament, to his health, to his hooman’s love, adoration and dedication and a whole heap of other things. This story of success truly helps make up for all the times that things have not gone so smoothly for the pupper and their pawrent.
