Viral TikToker Creates Hilarious Series of 'John Johnson,' a Character Who Uses His Thing as a Propeller

This is a strange one, but TikTok is still the Internet, so of course it's popular. Content creator Ella Watkins, aka @ella.whatkins, creates many different skit comedy videos for TikTok. But recently she started a new series that's going viral. The “John Johnson” character actually has many aliases. They saved a ship with a broken propeller by the name “Flappy Papi." They're a nameless dishboy who helped save a restaurant kitchen when the beaters were broken. They even were an Indiana Jones-lookalike whose thing was a whip and went by the name Indiana Johnson. 

Even though it's basically the same joke over and over again, it never fails to hit the funny bone of all Watkins' viewers. It started in November last year with the first of the series being a tourist escaping an active volcano about to blow. The nameless character used their Johnson to lift up into the air like a helicopter and escape the flowing magma. It received over two million views and was just the beginning for this unique character to be introduced to the viral world of TikTok.

There are now several videos with this character or some form of them and TikTok viewers seem to hope this series will live on. What will John Johnson do next?
