Wow, this is just unreal. Who in their right mind thinks, yeah construction dumpster, that is a reasonable place to put fragile felines who could be taken out by one piece of debris falling on them. Surely there were ten different courses of action that this person could have taken to deal with these kittens and momma cat in a more humane way. But some people simply cannot find it within them to treat animals with kindness and respect it seems. Thankfully, it sounds like there are plenty of people who do not feel that way and are more than willing to step in and help some kitten in need.
