As someone with a Bachelor's of Science in Psychology, we feel it's important to tell everyone here that this one case is not enough to cure cancer. This is what we call a “case study”, a single hypothesis tested on only one person (or doggo, in this case). This is far from being tested on other dogs, or people, but it is pawsitively encouraging!

What this user above claims is also very important to recognize. Although he may not have had any experience in biology, he had extensive experience in working with AI. He also had the funds to get Rosie's tumor DNA sequenced, and pay for a lab to develop a prototype vaccine. We can't imagine that it was very cheap. It is 1000% amazing, but the chances of the ‘average Joe ’ doing something like this in their spare time is far less realistic.
