Why stay calm when you can be iconic? At the end of the day, we all have our dramatic moments, and that's okay. Feeling things deeply is just part of the experience of being human. Don't fight them. Embrace your main character energy and let your emotions take center stage every once in a while. It's actually healthy to give room to our emotions. If we hide them or keep them bottled up, they can end up doing more harm than good.

Sometimes, the smallest problems deserve the biggest reactions; it all depends on your mood or on how your day is going. One moment you're fine, the next you could be overreacting to something that normally wouldn't bother you at all. We've all been there. Just take a deep breath, maybe grab a snack, and move on. I personally find snacks way too effective for my mood swings. Nothing a piece of chocolate can't fix for me! So it's all about finding what works best for you. Maybe it's a short walk, a chat with a friend, or simply taking a moment to reset. Giving yourself that space can be enough to help bring you back to balance.
