In this story, a delivery driver who worked for a hardware store was tasked with delivering some decking to a customer. The address he had been given was a predominantly abandoned industrial park on the edge of town. Unsure if this was the correct place to deliver, he called the customer to confirm exactly where he wanted the materials dropped off.
Instead of receiving any help, he was berated and told that he should do his job properly and leave the delivery exactly where the paperwork said. The driver ended up doing that, and the customer was left to face the consequences.
