  • But here's the issue with that. This person can't fit all their vehicles in their garage

    We have 2 cars and a motorcycle, and not enough room in our garage to put them. Our driveway could technically fit 4 cars last

  • 2 would partially block the sidewalk if I did though (I don't). I pay over $2k a year in HOA fees, like 90% of which goes to pool
  • maintenance, which I cannot use unless I pay an additional $260 per person for a pool pass. The rest mostly goes to the management agency.

  • I mean, you pay 2 grand a year (and how many others. pay the same 2,000 a year? how big is that pool anyway?) to maintain a pool you can't use unless you pay...
  • Seems a bit about to me, meh, thankfully HOAS arent a thing here in Australia (as far as i know, never heard of any)
