Cat pawrent discovers her husband had an affair, then asks the wholesome cat community to give her courage to leave with the help of their furbulous felines

Men come and go like the rain, and cats will only leave you if you leave the door open. So really, the cat leaving is on you. But regardless of our cats trying to escape a literal indoor paradise that we painstakingly built for them with 100% of our own money, there is no excuse for cheating in a relationship. None. Zero. Zip. Zilch. Cero.

After finding out that her husband had an affair last week, our pawrent posted in a pawpular subreddit called r/Cats, which is basically a giant community of cat lovers and owners sharing their love for their fluffy felines. She admitted to her husband's infidelity, submitted some pics of her cats, and she was met with the most wholesome response from her fellow feline fans. Not only did they share pictures of their own cute kitties (which no doubt cheered her up, at least a little bit), but they also encouraged her to leave him and take the cats.

If you're not here for the feisty (and fluffy) felines, then at the very least, give this article a good scroll for her. She cut out the bad in her life and is now left with all that's good - her courage, her life, and her cats.

We're not lying when we say our cats have helped us through the worst times of our lives. Our first cat, Felix, was with us when our fiancé ended our engagement 3 days after we proposed. In hindsight, we're very glad he did, but at the time, it was devastating. They've also been with us though uncertain jobless periods, times when we weren't sure what or where our life was going, and all the points in between. No matter what, they stayed with us, loved us, and helped us get through those dark times.
