You've been looking for your cat for 2 hours, only to randomly find a suspicious tail sticking out from behind the curtains. If you believe this could stop him from believing that he has completely vanished from the world, you'd be wrong. He is convinced he's hiding like a professional ninja. But please respect their decision to hide from the world for a while. And by the way, I have absolutely no idea what cat you're talking about. There's nothing there.

These cats love playing hide-and-seek, but they really need to get better at it. Even if they have all the physical attributes to be excellent secret agents, they seem to forget important details. Like the fact that there's a big hole in that box. Or that the curtains are translucent. Or that the windows are, in fact, made of glass. And, unfortunately for them, glass is transparent. But their confidence is admirable.

Cat logic goes something like: if they can see you, but they are behind an object, then you obviously can't see them. If half of their face is covered, the hiding spot is a success.

The funniest part is that finding your cat hiding in a random place always feels like a surprise. You never expect them to be sitting where they are sitting, or fitting into the places they manage to fit into. And you never know where they will pop up next. Your house is full of hiding spots for your cat you never knew were cat spots until your cat claimed them.
