What's the first thing you do every day when you wake up?

You rub your eyes, sleepily turn off your alarm clock, and wait for a meteor to crash into your bedroom for about five minutes before finally deciding that it's time to get up. At least, that's what we do. Once we understand that the world isn't going to end, we open up our phones and start scrolling through whatever we missed while we were snoozing.

Instagram, Facebook, the news, and depending on how lazy we are, we even open some random apps that we know we don't have any notifications from, but we open them just to avoid getting out of bed.
