A man who managed a retail store felt like he was doing a nice gesture for his employees when he bought them all coffee as a token of appreciation for the work that they did. After doing so, he called his girlfriend and talked about what he had done.
His girlfriend was not happy about him buying coffee for his coworkers, reasoning that it was inappropriate because some of them were women. The manager didn't think that it was that serious, but that only escalated her upset. He wanted to know if he was in the wrong.
