I'm definitely a coffee person. I'm not one of those people who needs to drink it every single day, but I do love when I get my morning coffee. I always have a double espresso, and usually I have one when I first get to work, and another around lunch time. It's so hard not to have a midday crash. I think every work place should have a room where workers can nap. They have it in Japan, why not here?! Sleep is one of the most crucial things in our lives and health, but few people get adequate sleep. I know I sure don't, which is why I need coffee to keep me going through the day to day.
