I'd give bonuses on prepaid cards so employees could spend them freely, throw barbecues, and even shut down for the day during big events like the World Cup to let everyone enjoy themselves and still get paid.     But when you work for someone else, you see what real jerks can be like. My boss thinks he's a nice guy, but I can tell you right now his wife is the one who really runs the show.     sweetrazor19 It sounds like firm boundaries need to be established. The previous employees probably started out like you, diligent and dedicated, but soon realized it wasn't worth the effort. I'm willing to bet that's why the building was left the way it was. You can't disrespect someone but expect it in return.
