Every cat person knows the big cat feels.

When you feel like you have to nap in every place, comfortable or not, in this instant, right meow - that's a very big cat feeling. When you feel like you have to bite something, anything, doesn't matter what, just bite the nearest cardboard box or couch handle - that's some huge cat feeling. When you feel like you have to run in the middle of the night, like when the zoomies take over every fiber of your being - that's undeniably cat of you. And every cat person knows these feelings very well - they're not random, we know they come from our cats.

It also works both ways. We all know it's not a secret that your cat thinks they're a big cat themselves, and reality will not stop them.
Some cats think they're lions - maintaining a mane with some mane character energy. All they do is sleep in sunny spots, waiting for someone else to fetch them their food. So if you have a cat like that, you're basically their lioness.
Other cats are sure they're tigers - walking heavily like they're a king on display. Magnificent-looking, regal-acting, and very much aloof. They don't want to hear anything you have to say, because they know they're right.
There are some cheetah-like cats as well - all they do all day is wait until it's 4 AM, so they can run at 200 MPH after an imaginary prey in the savannah. And then they keep on running, and running, and running…
