Keep the really good things to yourself in your head and do not share it with your employer at all or even bring it up in conversation with others you know. Leave said company, create your own designs, processes, wireframes, etc. there so you obtain 100% ownership of it. The only time this should not apply is when you can get the company to waive their invention, prior works, works for hire clauses and you obtain ownership of your work which is rare as an employee.
