The universe and cat distribution system work hand in hand…or paw in paw…something like that. 

We never know what the universe has in store for us until it happens. When one day we're going about life knowing exactly what's around the corner, and then one day our lives can change forever. There's no predictions, there's no use in even considering we know something when we don't. With the cat distribution system, this can feel even more intense. People who have experiences the cat distribution system know that the moment you tell the universe to speak to you or that you're not ready, it's just then that you're given a cat dropped from the heavens. Take it from the woman in this story, who was reminiscing about and missing her cat and even said that she will take a cat if the universe gives her one. She misses her soul cat who crossed the rainbow bridge a year and a half ago, but figured she would be ready for another. It was just that very day that the universe sent her exactly what she needed. A tiny void kitten was lost on the streets, fighting for his life. 

If she didn't come up to the void and save him by bringing him to the vet, he probably wouldn't have been able to make it. She saved his life, and wants the internet to know that he was really on the cusp. Every thought about him helps, every wish that he'll be healthy and happy matters.     But he's a fighter--he hasn't shown any symptoms so far. As soon as I rescued him I took him to the ER

  • When you're standing on the veil between worlds it's something most people don't live to see the memory of. What an insane feeling, and something that we can't understand unless we're in that situation. It can feel eerie that so many people's stories are alike, that there's a ubiquitous feeling and imagery. The point of choice is a little too eerie, and there's no shame in feeling like it's too daunting of a decision. Everyone is absolutely in their own situation and we can't speak for them. It's a good thing this woman took the kitten to the vet in time.
