AI startup founder records toddler daughter's conversations during sleepover, feeds it to AI to share the audio with family: 'What are we doing here?'

Nothing will get in the way of a tech bro desecrating a wholesome moment.

Truly, no area of life is off-limits when it comes to practicing and promoting the latest technological craze, or at the very least, showing off their commitment to the modern business grindset. All roads lead back to a future governed by our techno-feudalist overlords, and they want to be a part of that. Why else would they be turning their marriage proposals into LinkedIn posts?

There is no denying that now and then, they have a point in the sense that technological innovation can improve our lives. When it is adopted to the extent that they seem to hope for, though, it seems less about making our existence nicer and more about increasing our dependency on our devices in a way that does not exactly champion the human experience.

What's worse is the insistence on posting about it, revealing to the world the fresh horrors that they have come up with in the name of progress. There are some things that really do not need to be optimized, no matter how much potential they may have to go viral and showcase the best of the worst of this advanced world that we live in.

A father felt like he had cracked the code of gaining extra access to the cuteness and chaos of the toddler stage when he recorded the conversations of a sleepover involving his young daughter and cousin. He fed the recording into AI so it could create a website with the highlights for their family members to enjoy listening to.
He praised his bright idea as “pure joy from everyone,” amused at the wild detours that the toddler conversation took and how that entertained his family. Some other people also seemed to think that this was something worth doing. However, plenty of others saw this as a violation of privacy, and yet another representation of a tech obsession gone too far. While it may be true that every parent wants to collect as many good memories as possible when it comes to the fleeting life stages of their children, maybe this isn't the way to go.
