    kdawg09 I think more people need to do this. I'm unemployed and have been for an embarrassing amount of time. I look around at all these companies, that I have applied to and never heard back from, and see how understaffed they are and how ragged their poor workers look, and I know the reason I'm not getting a call back is because they are trying to squeeze their workers to d th instead of actually hiring someone and I know that until those people quit or stand up for themselves (so much easier

    ilanallama85 Everyone should do this more often. Sometimes they will fire you, but the fear of that is what is keeping us all down. If, when they f over the rest of the staff by firing the person, everyone else refuses to take on the extra work too, they'll realize their error real quick.

    TheWorldofScience You handled this really well. If you had said "no" then went into a long explanation your manager would have argued with you about the accuracy of your statements. Its better to not hand people things to argue about when the issues are obvious.
