I had a cousin who was allergic to cat hair. Not just a few sneezes kind of allergic, like if he didn't take a super strong allergy pill, his eyes would tear up so much he wouldn't be able to see and he would have sneezing attacks that would last for minutes on end. Allergies to pet dander are no joke. Sure, a lot of people use a mild form of it as an excuse to distance themselves from pets, but for others, it's a real issue. This could very well make or break their marriage before they even got the chance to live together!

It really does depend on how allergic she is, but in the end, a choice must be made. And in our expurrience, you almost never get to choose the easy one. Life just ain't that simple for folks like us.
