Veterinarian finds stray Doberman on the streets of Indiana, he takes him in as a foster but needs permanent home due to other dogs, commenters come in with hope for a home

Once you go Doberman, you never go back! 

It can be a tragic realization that so many stray animals outside need a real loving and furrever home. Rehoming is never a comfortable topic, but in the story below, it's actually a miracle for the dog that someone took him from the streets. This guy was living in Gary, Indiana and found a Doberman just running around. He already has so many pets that he can't afford to take in another permanently. But he does everything he can, such as reaching out to every rescue he knows and asking if someone is available to take the sweet girl. He already works at a veg so he knows the breed well, and could at least help him a bit there. He hopes to find someone in the area who can take the Doberman, and actually there are a lot of responses. They are known for their strength, intelligence, and sleek bodies. Anyone who's had a Doberman Pinscher knows that they're also affectionate, loyal, and actually incredibly goofy. They were originally bred in Germany, and were meant to be intelligent work dogs capable of protecting their handlers. Those strong traits remain today, as well as the silliness and need for companionship. They are always eager to learn, and have a natural desire to work and be with people. It's one of the reasons people love Dobermans, because they're so people focused. You may argue that all dogs are like that, but not like Dobermans. You know what they say, once you go Doberman, you never go back!

  • Dobermans are so incredibly loyal. Their devotion is unparalleled. I don't mean to brag, but by cat is basically like a Doberman. He's like a fat baby who just wants to be snuggled all the time. His need for love doesn't end, and his devotion to me doesn't either. He has no choice because he's locked in my home.
