AI stands for Average Individual

I'm always moved when I see somebody doing something sweet with the sole purpose of doing something sweet. I've spent long hours on ChatGPT, and I can assure you, I now prefer an imperfect answer that takes three days to a perfectly put-together, level-headed, logical answer from a bot. Normal AIs are very good at investigating and recollecting data, but they lack the creativity and strong opinions to become good conversational partners.

It's not that I think we have to fight AI; it's just another tool, and like any other tool, we need to learn to use it and also when not to use it. I mean, recorded music didn't end live performances, so I don't think AI will end real-life conversations, or even chats with real people. It's just a novelty that has now fascinated most of us.

I'm curious to see what kind of projects like this one begin to arise in this new technological landscape. Maybe human interaction will become more sacred. After seeing this, I definitely think that's becoming a growing trend. Maybe we start looking to encounter people IRL, just like every generation before us did, lol. 

Something beautiful about Average Individuals is that you never know what they will come up with; Artificial Intelligences tend to be much more predictable. So, knowing all this, would you like to chat with Tucker?

  • The only thing separating the ChatTJB from an event where you talk to strangers is the fact that people are talking through a device. I wonder if Gen Z will eventually discover normal socializing, lol. To me, involving your presence, your voice, your body, and your charisma in a conversation is a much deeper, beautiful art form than simply chatting. Maybe it’s because I just don’t get it, or because I’m becoming tired of the whole chat thing; either way, what Tucker did is great, though.

    I could’ve never predicted the rise of AI, and look at us now; possibly in a world not too far in the future, it will be us, Average Individuals, against the bots.
