You catching the train to crazy town too?

Then come sit next to me! I'm a regular. The cart lady is basically my bestie now. Toot toot! Ahhh, if it were that easy to explain, but it isn't like just one crazy train speeding through life? You never know what little town you're going to stop in and learn a new life lesson in. The conductor is you, but you are also the passengers and the ticket guy. But who is that person sitting next to you and listening to you while you ride? That is your bestie, your family, or your therapist. 

The ride can be scary, fun, chaotic, confusing, anything, and those who help you through it are priceless. Well, I suppose except the therapist, since they usually cost money. But the help they provide is priceless!

How can we thank the ones who join us on our crazy train ride that is life? We can join them on theirs sometimes and hold their hands, and we can fill their DMs with hilarious memes! What is life without laughter, anyway? You can't just ride the crazy train and be serious the entire time. You simply have to LOL along the way. Even when times are hard, LOLing can help. 

And your therapist can help you figure out the things you are LOLing at. Sometimes we laugh when we don't understand something or are sad, scared, whatever. Send your therapist a meme about it, and they can dissect it and figure out exactly what you need to hear. After laughing at it themselves, of course.
